Real estate has been my life for the past 24 years. I started my real estate career at 18 while completing my real estate degree in Eau Claire. I have continued full time in sales and appraisal with a concentration on all types of residential properties. City, suburban, and rural homes, condominium, vacant land, farms and farmettes, and rental properties along with special and unique properties are just some of the types of properties.My real estate career has required a steady communication with buyers, sellers, lenders, and all aspects of the ownership process. My experience in buyer and seller interaction along with thousands of personal interior/exterior home viewings would make me an excellent choice as your Realtor. My degree in real estate along with continued education in both sales and appraisal have also given me knowledge in most situations with financing and sale/buyer requirements.
I am understanding and considerate with sensitive situations and respect the privacy and special requirements of both buyers and sellers. Ethics and personal pride in helping buyers and sellers along with my years of experience in real estate make my interaction a pleasant experience. I live in Eau Claire with experience in rural and city living and my family is located in northern Wisconsin. I have a farming and rural background with landscaping, design, and animal interests.
