About Me

Hello and thank you for your interest in me and Prudential Benrud Realty. I was born and raised in Chippewa Falls, WI and graduated from Chi Hi in 1989. After graduation I enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served during Desert Storm. In 1993, I was honorably discharged and three months later met my wife Karen. We married in 1994 and have three beautiful daughters. I worked in home improvements prior to real estate which gives me the edge you need for knowledge on property value. I began my real estate career in February 2004 and since then I've earned a variety of awards including Predsidents Circle Award for 2005, Leading Edge Society Award for 2006, 2007, & 2008, Top of the Rock award for Wisconsin, several "Realtor of the Month" awards, the "Sales Professional Award". I have also earned the reputation of being an investment specialist. However, my greatest accreditation comes from former clients that have taken the time to express their appreciation verbally or by letter thanking me for my services. This positive feed back is what drives me to continue to work hard, be honest, detailed and thorough, so all of my clients know that they can rest assured, I am working in their best interest.
